Install the app

From the Fire TV Home screen, go to Find (magnifying glass) → Search.

Type “randomtv” (or press and hold the Alexa button and say “Random TV”).

Select the Random TV app from results.

Choose Get or Download.

After it installs, click Open.
First launch & login

When the app opens, choose Log In.

Enter your username & password.

Wait a moment while channels and the TV Guide load.
Using the app

Go to Live TV for channels, Movies for on-demand films, and Series for shows.

Open Guide/EPG to browse what’s on now and next.

Press Play/Pause to start/stop; use Left/Right to change channels quickly.
Make it easy to find later (optional)

On the Home screen, press and hold the Home button → Apps.

Highlight Random TV, press the Menu (☰) button, then choose Move to Front to pin it on your top row.
Quick fixes (if something doesn’t load)

Stuck on loading? Ensure your Wifi is connected. You may need to reboot router.

No guide? Wait 1–2 minutes for the EPG to sync, then back out and re-enter Guide.

Buffering? Restart your Firestick: Settings → My Fire TV → Restart.

Still can’t find the app? Double-check your Amazon region is set to the US, then search again.
