1) Install the Downloader app

From the Android TV / Google TV Home screen, open Apps.

Go to Search and type Downloader.

Select Downloader (orange icon) and choose Install.

Open Downloader after it installs.
2) Allow installation from unknown sources
This is required to install apps using Downloader.

Go to Settings
-
Select Apps → Security & Restrictions (or Special app access)

Select Install unknown apps
-
Turn ON permission for Downloader
On some devices:
Settings → Device Preferences → Security & Restrictions → Unknown sources → Downloader → ON
3) Install Random TV using Downloader code

Open Downloader
-
Click into the URL/code box
-
Enter the Downloader code: 7822835
-
Press Go
-
When prompted, select Install
-
After it installs, click Open
First launch & login
-
When the app opens, choose Log In
-
Enter your username & password
-
Wait a moment while channels and the TV Guide load
Using the app
-
Live TV → watch channels
-
Movies → on-demand films
-
Series → TV shows
-
Guide / EPG → see what’s on now and next
-
Use Left / Right to change channels quickly
-
Use Play / Pause to start or stop playback
Make it easy to find later (optional)

From the Home screen, open Apps

Highlight Random TV
-
Press and hold OK/Select

Choose Move, Add to Favorites, or Pin (wording varies by device)
Quick fixes (if something doesn’t load)

Stuck on loading? Confirm Wi-Fi is connected; reboot your router if needed

No guide/EPG? Wait 1–2 minutes for the guide to sync, then exit and re-enter the Guide

Buffering? Restart your device: Settings → System → Restart

App won’t install? Double-check Install unknown apps is enabled for Downloader
